Shipping
What brands of shoes do you use?
This all depends on what size is needed and what style of shoes is chosen.
How do I best care for the shoes in order to get the most wear out of them?
1) avoid strenuous activity or long periods of wear with your new shoes.
2) Avoid exposure to dirt and if necessary spot clean very gently with a lightly damp soft cloth.
3) Avoid excessive heat and extreme coldness
Can I add glitter, rhinestones, or studs to my shoes?
Yes you can! I have a whole add on section on my website. I can custom make your new shoes to what you want! Customize your shoes with your personality.
How do the shoes fit?
I personally recommend going 1/2 larger with all flats and heels. Wedges and ankle boots are true to size.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Absolutely
Do you offer discounts for buying in bulk?
Of course. If interested in purchasing 4-6 pairs of shoes I offer a 10% off your total order. For order with 7-10 pairs I offer 15% off your total order. Please contact me so we can discuss this further.
I want shoes for a special event. How do I get high up on the queue?
If a rush order is needed an aditional $20 fee can be purchased along with your shoes. This listing is not for rush shipping, but to just bring your order status to the top.
Do you offer kids shoes?
Yes I do, I'm slowly making samples of kids shoes, but if you see something you like in an adult shoe, but would like it in a kids size please message me.
If I'm looking for something specific can you make it?
Please message me and we can discuss your custom order and what options are avaialble.
Do orders come with tracking numbers?
Yes they do.
Subscription Boxes
Domestic Shipping
All shoe orders are shipped first class via USPS to destinations in the United States and comes with tracking information. I am not responsible for "lost" items. Accessories will be shipped USPS media mail.
International Shipping
All shoes orders will be shipped with First Class unless otherwise specified. Shipping usually takes 6-10 days and will come with tracking information. All other accessories will be shipped via international media mail and can take up to 15 days for delivery
Customs Duties & Other Fees
Kal-Elle is not responsible for import taxes. Customs fees are dependent upon on the policies enforced by your country's government and postal system..
Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges, Lost and/or Stolen Packages.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are not accepted as each order is custom made. I do accept exchanges within 5 days of receiving the item, except on personalized orders. Exchanges will be made only if the shoes do not fit properly. Buyer is responsible for shipment of shoes back to Kal-Elle. New shoes will be made and rerturned no later than 7 days after receiving the sheos that don't fit in the mail.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
I strive for customer satisfaction. That is why I make sure that everything that leaves my shop up to par with my customers expectations. However, there are things that can and may happen, and I will do my best to insure that any and all issues or complaints are properly dealt with. Remember that I am human and can make mistakes.

Cancellations
​
Customers have 48 to cancel an order for a full-refund. After 48 hours if you would still like to cancel your order a $25 (flats) $35 (heels) $40 (wedges and ankle boots) restocking fee will be taken out of your refund.

Lost and/or Stolen Packages
​
Once packages have been sent off and scanned in it is out of Kal-Elle's control. Kal-Elle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost in the mail without reaching it's destination a refund claim will have to be filed with Kal-Elle. If a refund is granted through the post office the customer will get 50% of the cost of the order, shipping not included.

You have a subscription box?
Yes I do. For only $19 a month you will receive a box of fandom inspired jewelry and collectibles valued between $40-$60
Can I order past subscription boxes?

Shoe Orders
All shoe orders are custom orders and made-to-order to your needs and what you want in your new shoes. Processing time is currently 3-5 weeks and is subject to change depending on order statuses.
Wallet Orders
Wallets are made-to-order and have a processing time of 2-3 weeks.
Jewelry Orders
All jewelry orders will be packed up and shipped out within 3-5 days of order..
